The Lion King musical - Julie Taymor directs the stage adaptation of Disney’s hugely successful animated film The Lion King. When the young lion prince Simba is born, his evil uncle Scar is pushed back to second in line to the throne. Scar plots to kill both Simba and his father, King Mufasa, and proclaim himself King. Simba survives the plot, but is led to believe that his father died because of him and he decides to flee the kingdom and live in excile.
This a wonderful musical with many delightful characters. I was amazed how life like the people looked. In some cases it was hard to distringuish between the individual and the costume. You and your whole family will enjoy this musical with its many twists, you will talk about this play for many years to come.

hola soy carlos y amy me gusto mucho la obra “the lion king” la parte que mas me gusto fue el inicio cuando fue la presentacion del joven simba cuando elefantes aves y demas pasaban por el publico
me gusto como una persona con un poco de material se puede combertir en cualquier animal o cosa el ingenio de julie taymor fue impresionante e hizo de la ora una experiencia unica e inolvidable lo unico que no me gusto fue la adaptacion en ingles ya que no era para niños pequeños ya que al no entender el idioma se desesperaban y lloraban THE LION KING ERES EL NUMERO UNO SOY TU FAN T.Q.M.
